Mikado at Southtowne

Not impressed! First off, my wife has celiac... Not me! Our server started very knowledgeable. She told us that anything with teriyaki sauce and the imitation crab in California roll is GF. She also said that we would be surprised to know how many things are GF!... That was the first clue! Than she came back and told us that teriyaki sauce is NOT GF!... To make the story short, my wife felt sick before we left the restaurant and they don't have the GF menu! Will not be going back there for GF food!

There is NO gluten free menu unlike tee profile on here says. However, the waitress knew which sushi rolls were ok and ended up having the cook create a gluten free sauce fur me so that I could have a chicken rice bowl. They then grilled the veggies instead of cooking them tempura style. it was delicious! And the extra effort was appreciated!!!

not only are the entire staff completely knowledgeable but the food is fantastic! you are actually getting rolls, appetizer and dessert that looks and tastes great..
