You need to call to ask if they can make you choice gluten free. Ordered hibachi chicken and shrimp for a special birthday meal and it was absolutely delicious. They even have a gluten free version of their salad dressing. Felt like I was eating regular hibachi. We ordered it as take out and it still great! Everything was clearly labeled with stickers. I’m not celiac so I don’t know about cross contamination, so I would call if that is something you’d re worried about. Highly recommend. I am definitely ordering again!
Beware when eating here. Not all of the chefs are informed about what gluten free means. Our chef placed noodles on our hibachi cooktop. He kept assuring us he was using gluten free soy sauce. We had the manager come over and then the chef cleaned and disinfected the cooktop. This location is relatively new. We did not get sick from the food but I would just be observant of your food being prepared.

The staff is always helpful when ordering gluten free. They have GF soy sauce and ginger dressing. They can make hibachi meals GF too. Their hibachi rice is amazing! I haven't gotten any reaction from their food which is great.
