Mile High Coffee House

Had a delicious sandwich and peanut butter cheesecake. The sandwich had lots of meat and toppings. Cheesecake was delicious. I explained I was celiac and they prepared my sandwich safely. I waited 72 hours after eating to review and confirm no sickness or cross contamination.

Great place for breakfast sandwiches! Staff was knowledgeable and willing to accommodate my dairy and gluten allergy. Also has fun patio seating by the river.

Cook their paninis on the same grill. Had to ask for a cold sandwich to avoid cross contamination. Staff was not knowledgeable about celiac disease or cross contamination. The food was good otherwise
