Dedicated fryer, majority of the menu is GF and celiac safe, and the chef asserted (and was correct) that it was the best gluten free bread we’ve ever had. The whole dinner was unreal (mussels, venison, lamb two ways, plum ice cream) and the staff went out of their way to make sure it was gf safe.
