They have a very limited variety but what they have is all gf. Be sure to get their chocolate chip zucchini bread. Oh. My. Gosh. Soooo good. Worth every penny.

5/20/24 Update: I stopped in today and they now carry small, grab and go type snacks/deli salads! All GF, many DF.

The owner has celiac disease so all the food is GF. Not a meal spot - definitely just little snacks (though I hear they may be getting more substantial bites soon 👀). Good coffee and killer teas.

This place is amazing! The drink options were superb. The owner discussed with us the care she takes to procure 100% gluten free ingredients. I felt very safe ordering from the menu. I cannot wait to come back.

Stopped by once in 2019. My partner and I both got quiche and lattes. The quiche was undercooked and the housemade syrups were not properly strained - mine had chunks of ginger and hers had bits of lavender. Not very appetising. Hopefully they've improved since then because I want to see more dedicated gluten free places succeeding

This place is amazing! Completely Gluten free facility. Very allergy friendly in general. Quiche! Sandwiches! Baked goods!

This new cafe is completely gluten free! Beautiful atmosphere, gracious staff and delicious healthy food. They make salads, paninis, pastries and snacks in house as well as plant-based milks for their coffee program. An oasis for gf folks on the go!
