Miller's at the Cove Sports Bar & Grill

NO DEDICATED FRYER! FRIES ARE BATTERED! Fish and chips are "gluten free" because they can be grilled but it's served with garlic toast and fries which are battered! I ended up ordering fish tacos instead which were just alright; the tortillas were a little hard and I wish there was a big chunk of fish in it instead of chopped up little pieces. I also tried the sweet potato tots which ended up being the star of the show despite the fryer (I'm only gluten sensitive) but my tongue felt weird the rest of the day...so maybe it did bother me? I was actually still hungry after eating these 2 tacos and half an order of tots.

Chowder is GF and very good. No dedicated fryer or grill top so pretty much everything else has a risk of CC. They do have a cider on tap from abandon ciders which is great.

The food was tasty, very salty. The GF fish and chips is a bit misleading...fish is grilled not GF battered, fries are not made Ina dedicated fryer and theyre put a slice of bread on top. I think our waiter may not have been experienced with GF requests. But it was quick and they were friendly.

I had the gluten free chowder & fish tacos on corn tortillas. Food was fine, didn’t get sick. It’s a little tavern like feel, small town grill.

Very friendly and fast service. Came here specifically for some gluten free chowder and it was delicious! Hole in the wall place that is quite nice. Would definitely come back.

Delicious dungenous crab tacos and clam chowder. Burgers, steak, tacos, and salads available. GF items clearly marked on menu. Red bridge beer!

Enjoyed the Cod fish and chips and fish tacos. They grill the fish for the gf option. The fries are NOT gf. but then gave me the option of salad or gf clam chowder. Cute place, friendly staff and I will definitely go again 🙂

As a diner with celiac I would NOT recommend this restaurant. It’s a 20 min drive from 101 for very very limited GF options. Gluten free options are EXTREMELY LIMITED. They do not have gluten free buns or bread for burgers so their option is a burger patty with shopping’s. The GF fish & chips is grilled rather than deep fried. The fries are not fried in a separate fryer so they are not gluten free. The beer batter is NOT dairy free either.
