I was skeptical, as the other reviews were 4 years old, and they no longer have a working website. However, so glad we tried it anyway! They have a HUGE vegetarian menu, and almost every item (outside of dumplings, springs rolls, wontons, and General Tso's Tofu) could be made gluten free! They also can leave out MSG, peanuts, or anything else; everything is made to order. I had BBQ tofu with veggies over rice noodles (the tofu was AMAZING - the veggies and noodles themselves were just ok - a little bland) and we shared lemon tofu to start, plus we took home Pepper Cauliflower for a snack later. I will absolutely cross the US-Canada border to come back and try more. I am a pretty sensitive Celiac, and no reaction!
The most accommodating restaurant for food allergies I have been to. They have a very large menu with only a few items that cannot be done gluten free. Almost everything is freshly prepared, therefore substitutions welcome. I was also amazed at how quickly our food was served. I am a100% strict gluten free celiac and I have no concerns about eating here. A BIG thank you to Shannon who posted the previous review!
These people are all about customer service. They will customize your food based on your specifications and even offer different suggestions during the cooking process. They will prepare gluten free dishes as well as vegetarian dishes and are very hands on with their customers making sure everyone is happy. I like that they advertise that they will cater to special diets and will cook without peanuts, wheat or MSG. They offer plenty of alternatives. I'm very happy with the attention to detail and the food is great :)
