I am super sensitive to anything with wheat, and I didn’t react! The waiter knew what was needed and immediately had dishes to recommend. I only spoke with the waiter in Spanish, but I’m willing to bet that most of the waiters would know key words like wheat and gluten free in English.

Nice beach side restaurant.
We had fish tacos in blue corn tortillas as they were GF.
They were very good and the margaritas were good too.
The staff was aware of GF requirements.
