The food is amazing and I think as long as you stay away from the empanadas there isn't gluten used in anything. The beef stew with rice and beans is a must. Monroe location is nicer than Newburgh.

I LOVE Mina's! I get the churrasco a la parilla with yellow rice. I've never gotten any symptoms after eating here. Just make sure you let them know what you're allergic to or can't eat and they try their best to accommodate you.
