Amazing pork chops with the mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes. Knowledgeable staff. No reactions.

I ordered a salad from the GF menu, and it came out with croutons. I asked for a new salad and the waitress came back in less than 2 minutes with another salad (which I believe was the same salad and they just picked the croutons off the top). And I still found more croutons in it. Sad. I wanted to like this place.

They have a new gluten free specific menu that is great. The server (Madison?) was fantastic. Wonderful experience for a celiac.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

My wife is the Celiac, and we've eaten here a few times without any problems. Her Go-To at many restaurants is often the Salmon, and Minerva's does a good job. I love their salad, and it's fine (GF) if you inform them if the gluten allergy - they just bring it without the croutons. May have to check the dressings, and use the oil-based. No problems at the Sioux City or Yankton restaurants.
