Getting GF bread before my meal is great, not something I see often. The GF mac and cheese is a nice treat too.

Wonderful restaurant. I stopped in for lunch one day, and was so impressed. I got the roasted red pepper soup and a tuna melt. The soup was fabulous. The tuna melt was not your ordinary Denny's fare. It was open face on the best GF bread I have tasted. I brought my husband back for our next date night. I had to go for the lobster mac and cheese. They also offered to make my husband's meal GF so I could taste it. It is so wonderful to be able to order soup and to share food.

This is a true celiac friendly restaurant. The first thing they ask when you walk in the door is if anyone in your party is GF, then they give you a separate menu. A whole menu! The wait staff and kitchen staff are trained and GF meals are prepared safely. I was so impressed that the waiter repeated back the order and made sure to tell me everything that was GF, even in my husband's order in case I wanted to sample anything off his plate. Best of all, the food was great. I had paella and was very happy with it.

I have additional allergies besides gluten. The staff and chef went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The food is amazing! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Mingle is wonderful. Staff and Chef are very knowledgeable on gluten-free. They have dedicated areas in the kitchen and everyone is trained on cross-contamination. I never have any worries when dining there.
