The waiter seemed knowledgeable, but when the fried rice came out with moc crab(containing wheat) on top; they tryed to pick it off and give it back. Other than that the rolls were great.

No gluten free soy sauce. Take your own and they will prepare fried rice. See my picture. I also had a salmon roll. Very tasty! They gave me a salad with one piece of cucumber and a special rice vinegar mixture for my dressing. Was pretty good.

love the fried rice and they can make it without soy sauce so its gluten free! they even add a little salt to it so you still get some flavor. i honestly like it better without soy sauce, plus its healthier! they know what gluten is and are always very friendly and caring! fav place for fried rice and sushi!!

they do not have a gluten free menu and no gf soy sauce. the server told me that their sushi rice contained gluten, but that any roll could be made with regular rice, which was gf.

the food is good but the two servers I spoke with didnt understand what gluten was. the third server understood but said the house sauce, soup, soy sauce and spicy sauce all had gluten without alternatives. so if you want a plain tuna roll and bring your own soy sauce then it works.
