Review of Miss Phay Cafe

Absolutely delicious restaurant to meet my craving for Chinese/ Vietnamese food. I had the shrimp fried rice and they were able to modify it to be gluten free and pho (which was already gluten free). My husband couldn’t tell the items were gluten free even. Staff was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions
