Mostly everything is GF. I always make sure to clarify I’m GF so they don’t put corn bread on my plate. Don’t use the Texas twang BBQ sauce, it is not GF. Ask for the GF menu, it’s at the register.
LOVED this place!! Very knowledgeable staff and food was amazing!!
Safe. They knew the gluten free options for sauces, wish it was labeled. Good prices.

Been here twice, they have a GF menu if you ask for it. The person taking my order really knew his stuff, young kid but knew that they used the same bowl for the Mac that they do for the potato salad and knew what had potential for cross contact and what didn’t. Dedicated fryer. All meats GF. Had brisket with baked beans and fries. Happy tummy
Had a pork sandwich without the bun and Cole slaw. Portion size was good. Food was put in the system as an allergy. When we picked it up the server confirmed the food was gf and made sure we knew where l which sauces were safe.
Legit and tasty Texas-style BBQ, which uses dry rubs and then you can add the sauce of your choice, if you like. Have enjoyed the ribs, brisket, pulled pork…. But I really love the “yard bird” smoked chicken. The sauces are great. One of them has gluten in it, so just check that when you’re there. And make sure they don’t add corn bread to your plate. Otherwise, I’ve never had an issue here. Yummy.
Staff was very helpful and kind about walking me through what was safe on the menu (pretty much all of it). They even handed me a laminated copy of it I could take away from the counter so I could compare it with the sauces on the table. Food was delicious and reasonably priced.
I got sick here once- my server neglected to warm me that the Texas BBQ sauce I ordered was NOT gf.
Apart from that one incident, I'm actually happy with the gf protocols and and menu here. Dedicated fryer, glove change is standard, solid GF menu.
Good comfort food, and cool decor.

Eat here often either the half bird, pulled chicken or pork and get the green beans and coleslaw. The baked beans they use scraps of meat and they said for celiacs they don’t recommend because they can’t guarantee cross contamination didn’t happen.
This place was just OK for me. The food was fine and the service was ok. They have a gluten free menu and they tell the kitchen that it is a gluten free order. I didn't get sick after eating here.
Ordered pulled pork and half rack of ribs. I told them i needed it to be gluten free as I have celiac disease. The cashier called out it was a gluten free order and everyone in the kitchen changed their gloves! No reaction and the food was delicious! All of the sauces are GF. Also a GF menu online. If you have any other allergies there is an allergen menu.
Dedicated fryer and much of the menu is gluten free.
Very friendly staff who happily changed gloves and took precautions. Food was delicious and I did not get sick.
