They are very careful! The meats are gluten free and all but one sauce.
Great BBQ, staff very careful and always communicates my allergy to the line. I’ve been here many times, never a problem.
I let them know I have Celiac and can’t have any gluten-flour-wheat-bread-pasta. Explained cross contamination. I ordered the green beans. Got half way through eating the green beans and there was a piece of macaroni in the green beans.

Great service and great offerings. Lots of communication between the register and the cooks/preparation area. A really solid go-to for quick, safe bbq and fries! (Fries are in a separate fryer and all sauces except one in the table are gf.)
Was good here, they appear to know more about gf then I do! You say ordered gluten free and they recite back, no corn bread/will change gloves/separate. Then when you get your order they say it again, this is what we do.
First time, I went very busy when I went and had a issue with gloves (couldn't remember which one they made first and changed their gloves for rhe second) but they were up front with me about it and remade no problem.
I've had success in other states with this chain and anticipating minimal problems going forward.

This is a go to place for me. I am an asymptomatic celiac. They have a gluten free menu which includes most items except breads, buns and Mac and cheese. Maybe some sauces. They are knowledgeable and change gloves. I think the only thing they fry are the fries and they’re my fave. Always have a good experience here.

I ordered a party pack on a Saturday night online. I choose all gluten free options but the corn bread. I placed in notes gluten allergy to please take precautions and bag the bread separately. When I arrived my order was not ready. The gentman behind the counters said we just need to grab your corn bread. As he bagged my cornbread he explained the precautions taken with the rest of my order. So impressed. I left with two bags and piece of mind.
