A great experience. My 8yr old guy was happy with his French fries and brisket. The only thing he wanted that he couldn’t get was the cornbread. The separate gf menu was awesome!

Ate here yesterday with no issues. Told them I was celiac and they changed gloves and cleaned workstation. Fryer is just used for fries. I have a Nima gluten sensor and fries and pork tested gluten free. I didn’t try any sauces but they say two are GF. This morning no symptoms of being glutened.

This place is really good if you like BBQ! All the meats and most of the sauces are GF and the fries were made in a separate fryer which was nice! The staff was very knowledgeable and the food was tasty!

I ordered pulled chicken, fries and coleslaw and only used 2 of the sauces listed on the GF menu. I had the worst gluten reaction I have ever had. I love the idea of this restaurant but their food was not good enough to be worth a night of horrible things later. Probably cross contamination so order with caution.

I am a very sensitive celiac, and I ate here without any problems. I had the 2 meat sampler with fries. The person taking my order was knowledgeable and reassured me that the fryer is only used for fries. Five of the six sauces are GF. Stay away from the Texas Twang.

Such a fun atmosphere and definitely a good bbq find! Nearly all of there sauces are gf and you can try them all at your table.

Wow! Food is spectacular. Choice of sauces on the table that are all GF except 1. But the concept of honoring America by stopping at noon to stand for the flag as the National Anthem plays was something special. Decor brought in from locals who served our country in military or 1st responders.

Visited here while traveling to Nashville Opryland area & visited because this app stated it was a gluten free option. This is a counter service restaurant. The cashier that took our order seemed impatient that we needed some time to look at the menu as we’ve never eaten here. We explained to her our daughter was celiac & we needed a gf menu. Daughter ordered a half rack of baby back ribs & the green beans from the gf menu. The cashier shouts the order to the kitchen & said gluten free. Food was not marked as gluten free. Daughter loved her meal BUT!!! had a bad reaction after eating here & was incredibly sick a few hours after eating the bbq. Therefore - I do not recommend for celiacs as I do not think they take precautions to ensure it’s gluten free or safe from cross contamination.

Delicious!!! We had the spare ribs, moist brisket, pulled chicken, jalepeno cheese sausage, brisket green beans, and French fries (dedicated fryer!!). All sauces are gluten free with the exception of one. My favorite was the Memphis flavor! All was delicious! We had plenty to take back to the hotel. Definitely just let them know you have celiac!!

Delicious brisket. Was nervous about using the sauces and ketchup due to CC, but I took the top off to try to avoid that. Haven’t had barbecue since the diagnosis, and was very grateful not to have a reaction.

Extensive GF menu. Staff was helpful. Food was very flavorful, but pretty salty. I had the chicken and a sample of baby back ribs. Ribs were fall off the bone tender. Delicious baked beans and really good fries.

Staff was excellent answering questions for Celiac. I had the brisket (slightly dry) and LOVED the Smoky Mountain sauce. All sauces, except one, are gluten free. Had no symptoms after eating here and will definitely be back again!!!!

This place is a must go for celiac’s( I am very sensitive) , the manager asked me if I had been there before and I said I haven’t. She broke down each sauce (5/6 of them are gluten free) and explained their process of making the food and everything is made fresh every morning. Awesome gluten free menu to pick from, I ordered brisket and fries and I haven’t been able to find a trust worthy bar b q place in about a year. I highly recommend this place to any celiacs as well as people who are not sensitive to wheat or gluten.

Ate here on a quick trip to Nashville based on reviews from this site. Place was super clean, staff was great and food was fast and yummy. We ended up eating here the next day too. First day they accidentally put cornbread on my plate, but as soon as I started to comment they took the tray and replaced with all new minus the cornbread. Pulled pork and FRENCH FRIES! Yum. Son who also can't eat gluten enjoyed trying all (minus one that isn't gfree) the bbq sauces. No one had issues either meal.

I was so impressed by the way they handled my food after I informed them I had celiac. They changed their gloves, were very careful in putting my food together, wiped down the prep area, had a dedicated gluten free menu with many options, etc! Food was tasty! I especially enjoyed the pulled pork (all pork no fat) and the cole slaw. Great place!

I'm mildly obsessed with this place. FINALLY someplace I can eat real food when we go out to a movie. The pulled pork is amazing. The fries are gluten free (Yaaaaay!) Just tell them no corn bread- ask them to make it gluten free. They will change their gloves etc. They always do a great job and make me feel like they care. I eat here all the time. Honestly the portions are so huge that my fiancé and I end up splitting a meal sometimes!

Along with being celiac friendly - the food is just amazing. I also am really proud of the way they acknowledge those who served/are serving. This is the way veterans should be treated everywhere.

I’ve eaten at Mission in a few different states / cities and they have been consistent about keeping my order Gluten Free when I tell the cashier that I’m gluten free and they yell to the back that my order is. While we go to this group of restaurants where we are with reliable Gluten Free service, this restaurant has not been a comfortable place to go. Staff yelled at us for not telling them at the beginning of our order it needed to be GF when we did tell them. A mistake was made on their part but we were being blamed for them having to make a new order. Remarks were made that the brown bag had gluten in it and a very generally uncomfortable feeling when we got our order. Our diet is medically necessary and it is not a JOKE. We don’t expect our special diet to be treated in this way.

Had the most delicious pulled pork, pulled chicken, fries and coleslaw 12th May 2023 all gluten free. The gluten item is a piece of corn bread on your food tray so just ask for gf and they omit the bread.
