Recently ate here for the first time. Ordered the ribs and got the fries on the side as the server ensured that the fries are the only thing cooked in the fryer and are naturally gluten free. Server also alerted the kitchen that my dish needed to be noted as “gluten free” as well. Staff seemed knowledgeable and a gluten free menu was available. Food tastes great as well!

Everyone-from the person who answered the phone to the cashier to the person who bagged my meal-all of them were hyper-vigilant to be sure my meal was handled properly. Most of the menu is gluten free. Absolutely DELICIOUS!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about celiac disease. Fries are made in a dedicated fryer and many items and sauces are safe. I’ve eaten here several times and never had an issue.

Delicious food, no problems with reaction due to cross contamination, and they have a dedicated fryer for fries! I believe only one of their sauces is not GF because it has Worcestershire sauce in it.

I haven’t gotten this sick in my entire time as a celiac. The lady who took my order told the staff that there was a gluten allergy and she told me which sauces I could have, and promised they would change their gloves. Food was delicious but within a few hours I knew something had gone wrong. They seem wonderful and I’m sure this was just a fluke, but please be aware if you have celiac that this place may not be best.

Had dinner last night with friends. Mentioned to the mgr I had Celiac Disease and he knew exactly what to do. He said they had protocols in place and they followed them without question. They have a dedicated fryer, so their homemade fries were wonderful! The mgr also explained which BBQ sauce to avoid and any other concerns. All our meals were terrific. I even over ordered for leftovers. What a great find, which is safe and delicious. Highly recommended!!

The staff was very knowledgeable about their gluten free options. My order was coded as “gluten free” and kitchen staff took proper precautions to ensure there was no risk for cross contamination, and explained their procedures to me before I got my food. We had never been here before and the staff was very welcoming, answered all of our questions, and went the extra mile. Love the message they send and all that this company stands for, in addition to the fact that they are so accommodating. This location was very clean and staff actually offered samples and helped us clean our table. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful experience here! I have a family member that works here and gave me a little bit of a heads up on what was good. At the register I told them I have Celiac and made sure to emphasize the severity. They did a full line cleaning, changed gloves, new everything and one person made the plate. Then the expo goes over sauces and explains a little more in depth. They have a menu at the register and it can also be found online. I highly recommend trying this place out, the food, the staff and the atmosphere is truly amazing!

So good!!! So many options and the servers are so knowledgeable!!

I have Celiac and they take my needs seriously. They will change gloves, bag my food separately, and inform me of what may have gluten. I have eaten from there Gluten-free menu several times with no problem.

Awesome experience here. The staff is clearly knowledgeable! Did a pickup order and the girl behind the counter saw the celiac note I added, immediately changed gloves, and then opened each container to show what was inside. My husband’s cornbread was wrapped and kept separate, and she also knew what sauces were GF (all but one of the tangy ones). Oh and the food was delicious, too! Haha

Love their food. When you order and let them know your order is gluten free they will be very careful with your order. I’ve found the team there to be very knowledgeable and if they are not sure they will take the time to double check. It is a great option and I really enjoy their food. My favorite is the shrimp (it is a seasonal item) and pulled chicken with Memphis belle and coleslaw.

Great experience here when we needed a safe fast meal after a long travel day. As soon as I said we had celiac the server rattled off all their procedures. Fries, BBQ and ribs were great. All meats and sauces are GF. Dedicated fryer available. We’ll definitely try mission bbq again.

Mission BBQ is awesome for allergies. All meats and sauces are GF. Most sides (excluding Mac & cheese and cornbread) are GF. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. We love this place!
