Review of Mission In-Pasta-Bowl

This is a food truck, and was great food wise and staff wise! I talked to the staff for a couple minutes and they knew exactly what gluten was and how to get around it. I had the build your own with zoodles, marinara, grilled chicken, and all toppings other than cheese and jalapenos. It comes with bread, but they wrap them separately and don’t put it near your meal (you can also just not get the bread, but a person who I was with wanted it so I still got it).
