They use a special prep area and bring out fresh veggies to make the sandwich. It takes double the time to make but it’s worth it!

Most of their unique sandwiches can be made gluten-free, they also have soups, Muffins, brownies, and other special GF items from time to time. Gluten-free items are made in a separate area and stuff are very cautious about preparation.
