I’ve eaten here twice in the last few days, it’s super delicious. You get to choose all your toppings. While it doesn’t say it on their website the Sweet and Savory Miso and the Creamy Spicy sauce are both gluten free! I’ve only had the latter. The staff are very knowledgeable and each bowl uses a different mixing bowl and they switch their gloves for each, so cross contamination shouldn’t be something you worry about. **WARNING** their seaweed salad DOES have gluten in it (soya sauce) I put some on without thinking and got quite sick. That being said, even with my little mishap (my own fault) it’s super yummy and I can’t wait to go again!
