We called ahead and explained that we’d have two guests with food allergies. We have one celiac and one allergic to egg whites and wheat. We had 6 guests so they gave us our own table and used the gluten free soy sauce on our entire table’s food. This way there was not contamination of utensils, cooking surface, etc. Our server spoke to the kitchen and brought out salad with special dressing for our two when the soup came for the rest. Even offered them a second salad when the salads came out for the table. Our chef made sure to show us the gluten free soy sauce label on the bottle and filled up the clean squirt bottle right there in front of us. Both diners enjoyed their meals and had no reactions. Great experience all around!

They have gluten free soy sauce available and can make your hibachi dish in the kitchen with GF soy sauce as if it is a to go order. My soup & salad came out with everyone else’s meal, but my main food came out about midway through the meal. Our server and chef both made sure it was noted that I was gluten free and they timed it so I could eat with the rest of my party.

**IF YOU ARE GLUTEN FREE DO NOT( I REPEAT) DO NOT COME HERE**And if you do, DO NOT even think about bringing gluten free soy sauce. I am extremely disappointed in Miyabi. I feel that my sister was extremely discriminated against, because of her celiac disease.Being gluten free is an ALLERGY, it's not a decision. She did not choose to be gluten free, but she can choose not to come here again. She was told by the manager that she was not allowed to use her gluten free soy sauce on her meal( She did not ask the chef to apply it to her meal, She simply wanted to put it on her own meal because She didn't want to be high maintenance). He said that regardless of it being gluten free, we could not use it. This really upset me because they do not offer a gluten free menu here, so I purposely called ahead to see if She could bring sauce and I was told yes. Now being here, in front of a crowd of people, She was told by the MANAGER, that She could not use it. How embarrassing, She was humiliated. Thank you Jeremy for making me and my family extremely uncomfortable on a night of celebration.
