If you ask the staff, they are very knowledgeable about GF needs. You can have GF soy sauce with your sushi, or get hibachi cooked separately in the kitchen with GF soy sauce. They are also good about replacing salad dressings (the ginger one is not GF) and the clear soup (sub out for miso.)
