Great Persian kabobs. Most items are gluten-free. If you forget to tell them “no pita” it’s wrapped separately anyway.

No hidden gluten! Great meat (I personally like the chicken kabobs, but have tried most other meats and all great!) The bread automatically comes with everything but even if you forget to ask for no bread it's kept completely separate.

The chicken kabobs are not marinated in yogurt or anything with dairy. You can get a garden salad or Greek salad (which contains one block of feta) on the side of your kabobs. You can just decline the bread, which is cooked in its own oven. I’m not sure about the grill and fryer—I can’t speak for that kind of cross-contamination.
