I’m pretty sensitive to gluten, and much to my surprise after coming here with coworkers and getting the cauliflower crust, I didn’t feel bad. That being said, get one of the bases that they pour over (like pesto) so they don’t rub it with a cross contaminated spatula. Obviously it’s always a risk though

I ordered a salad and specified gluten-free. Staff kindly responded to my request for fresh gloves but not everyone follows protocols to prevent cross contamination

The best gluten-free pizza ever! Staff are knowledgeable will change gloves. Please note this is NOT a dedicated GF facility or oven, so cross-contamination is possible to likely. But if you’re not super-sensitive, or willing to risk it for AMAZING pizza, this place is the bomb! One reasonable price for all the toppings you could want. They even have broccoli (broccoli on pizza is great, trust me)!

Mod pizza does a good job of keeping you safe. You can also watch them make your pizza. They will change their gloves and if you request get pizza toppings from a fresh container. It’s the only place I’ll eat pizza.

I got their gluten free crust but I started feeling weird after eating a slice. I asked them about it and they told me they had accidentally given me their regular crust! They were not very apologetic about it and didn’t understand why that was a big deal for me. Will not be going again!

This place is Gluten "Friendly" NOT Gluten free. They use same pan and utensils they use on regular crust. Not safe for celiacs unfortunately.

While having a gf crust and answering a lot of my questions they do make the pizza in the same oven on the same surface making it not safe
