Their gluten free pizza is pretty darn good for a chain restaurant! You chose all your toppings. Load it up or keep it simple!

Changed gloves and used new pizza cutter. Used clean pizza screen to cook on and grabbed all new food from unused containers so no cross contamination.
It was decent tasting crust.
Not known to be a gluten free establishment, but definitely went out of their way to accommodate.

MOD is a mixed bag. On one hand, the flavor is top notch on their gluten free offerings and staff are really cool. On the other, I get Glutened about 1 out of every 8-10 times I'm there since the oven is shared and not cleaned between pizzas. Eat at your own risk. I'm pretty sensitive (anything glutenful is coming right back up), so your mileage may vary.

Awesome customizable pizza! They have plenty of sauces, toppings and finishing sauces. They also carry gluten free pizza crust, vegan cheese and plant based meat. I ordered the build your own GF pizza with red sauce, grilled chicken and veggies. They have an allergen menu on their website and staff asked if they would like for me to change gloves before prepping my GF pizza.

Patron of 3 years, staff has always been very cautious with allergies. Gluten free crusts are stored separately with designated tools for them. Staff change gloves as soon as you request gluten free. Potential risk for cross contamination with toppings, but I have personally not had any issues. Unfortunately, the toppings do not have allergen flags, so it's best to stay away from anything typically risky.

Asked for the gluten free crust and they immediately asked if it was a preference or an allergy, told them allergy and mentioned I'm Celiac. They got all of the ingredients for my pizza from containers separated from the rest of the toppings and used a new pizza paddle (? probably not the right word for it lol) to get it in and out of the oven too. They know that they're doing! Literally the least worried I've ever been trying to eat out since diagnosis. Pizza was delicious!

My son and I have eaten at this location several times with no problems. Make sure you tell them it's an "allergy" and that you need it cooked in a separate pan otherwise you will get cross contamination from oven floor.
