My kiddo was able to enjoy pizza on our trip. They do change gloves and have a dedicated pan, but they tell you it is gluten “friendly” as it is cooked in the same oven as the other pizza. They have a ton of GF toppings and vegan cheese which is a plus.

Actively trying to destroy celiacs.
If you are any sensitivity or celiac please do not eat here. They cook the pizzas directly on the same surface as the flour crusts. I confirmed this with employees there.

I had to have them refund my meal because it was not safe to eat. They changed gloves and had GF crust, but no one mentioned they cook all their pizzas directly on the oven with no tray. The used the same oven, paddle, pizza cutter, and sauce spoon (which they used to rub the sauce directly onto the crust) as they use for the regular crust. Cross contamination every where. Do not eat here if you have celiac. They did refund my meal without much fuss although they tried to say the oven was hot enough it should be okay, which isn't how gluten works. 🤦🏽♀ They acknowledged that they should tell people up front that the GF crust will be cooked without a tray on the same surface as the regular pizza.

MOD Pizza offers gluten friendly pizza crust. I am celiac and I was fine with the gluten friendly crust. My Margarita pizza and salad were both delicious! They also could make the dessert pizza on the gluten friendly crust, which was very tasty as well!
Yes
We love our local MOD pizza. This location is awful though! The staff made no attempt to avoid cross contamination, they were rude, they even stacked a gluten pizza on top of my gluten free one! I didn’t even feel safe eating the pizza I paid for by the time they made it. I’ll stick to the Bothell MOD pizza.
No
I doubt this would be safe for celiac. They use the same cooking surface, so there’s potential for cross contamination. However- the pizza was delicious.
Will use separate cooking area and utensils. Will ask if gluten intolerance of allergy.

These employees are amazing. Stepped out of their way to assist me. They asked so many questions. Me being a new diagnosis was unsure how to order. They used all clean utensils, pulled my ingredients from the back. Used cauliflower crust, they made sure I wasn’t embarrassed or feeling like I was someone special. I gave them a very nice tip. I am traveling for work and will do all I can for these workers in my short time here.

Great experience! They prepared my pizza and salad in the back. They asked all the right questions! I didn’t have any reactions! 🥰

They offer a gluten friendly wood fired pizza crust and a cauliflower crust. I built my own pizza and it was quite good. I did ask them to cook my pizza for a little longer to get the gf crust a little crisper.
