I had to have them refund my meal because it was not safe to eat. They changed gloves and had GF crust, but no one mentioned they cook all their pizzas directly on the oven with no tray. The used the same oven, paddle, pizza cutter, and sauce spoon (which they used to rub the sauce directly onto the crust) as they use for the regular crust. Cross contamination every where. Do not eat here if you have celiac. They did refund my meal without much fuss although they tried to say the oven was hot enough it should be okay, which isn't how gluten works. 🤦🏽♀ They acknowledged that they should tell people up front that the GF crust will be cooked without a tray on the same surface as the regular pizza.

MOD Pizza offers gluten friendly pizza crust. I am celiac and I was fine with the gluten friendly crust. My Margarita pizza and salad were both delicious! They also could make the dessert pizza on the gluten friendly crust, which was very tasty as well!
We love our local MOD pizza. This location is awful though! The staff made no attempt to avoid cross contamination, they were rude, they even stacked a gluten pizza on top of my gluten free one! I didn’t even feel safe eating the pizza I paid for by the time they made it. I’ll stick to the Bothell MOD pizza.
I doubt this would be safe for celiac. They use the same cooking surface, so there’s potential for cross contamination. However- the pizza was delicious.
These guys are great. So laid back. Fast service. I've never gotten glutened there.
Both gluten free and cauliflower crusts always available and always super dependable that you’re getting the correct crust! Dairy-free cheese too. Since it’s a build your own place, it’s really easy to customize for your allergies. Separate pizza cutters and everything!

They have a process for those with gluten intolerance and I didn't get sick! The employee charged her gloves, marked my order and got all ingredients from the fridge so there was no cross contamination. They have a separate place in the oven to cook and put mine directly in a box instead of their regular delivery method. I was very impressed with how careful they were with my order!

I heard it was safe for me to eat here. I had hungry kids and I didn't eat lunch since I couldn't have that either because of gluten. Ordered a gf pizza. They would not, refused, to put my pizza on a separate tray to cook it. So threw it into the oven with all of the other gluten pizzas. Mod pizza is a huge NO!
