For a chain restaurant, they are very cautious about cross contamination - they change out gloves and are very knowledgeable about cross contamination possibilities.
I got their gluten free pizza crust and dairy free cheese. You get to pick as many toppings as you want with no up charge. It is delicious and I highly recommend! Oh yeah, the gluten free pizza crust is also vegan

I asked if they could cook my pizza on a separate tray because they throw all the pizzas in the same oven. They said no. So there is no way to eat here without getting at least a little bit glutened.
So sick. Ordered gluten free crust and non dairy cheese on my pizza. They obviously dont have any allergen protocols in place. Their gluten free and dairy free options are obviously for those people who have no medical need.
Disclaimer: I am only gluten intolerant so I can only speak for those similar to me. I don't have an issue with cross contamination either. This place was amazing! I got a plain cheese but next time I plan on adding in some veggies. The staff could be more knowledgeable on gluten - I asked if the sausage topping was gluten free and he didn't know so I didn't get it. However, my pizza tasted amazing and I had no issues afterwards! I can normally tell within minutes.
I ordered the cauliflower crust for the mad dog and really enjoyed it it’s always delicious and they they take great care of my allergies
They always take fantastic care of me - I ask them to change their gloves, get new sauce and ladle, wash a pan for the pizza itself and they do all of it without complaint. Just let them know you have an allergy and they will warn you the stove isn't gluten free and there can be cross contamination.
