first time trying the gluten free pizza at mod! they offer a gluten free crust as well as a cauliflower crust but i personally like the cauliflower crust, it tastes so good and they even use a different pizza cutter to be aware of my dairy allergy!! super sweet people as well! if you’re worried about cross contamination i’d say maybe to not go, as they cook the pizzas in a traditional wood oven!!

Got their Cauliflower GF Mod Pizza and it was incredibly delicious. Service was great and very accommodating using separate pans to make the pizza for me.
Came by here for a state competition recently, was disappointed, wasn't really expecting Spokane to be the best for GF options anyways. Worker had to remake my pizza twice, had to watch them carefully as they made it. Felt sick afterwards, probably because there was not a GF space/oven.
They have a gluten free oven in the back with gluten free pizza

I have had their cauliflower gluten free pizza crust a few times! It’s amazing I just love the crew there too!
