Always a go to/safe space for me. They have a GF crust, but you HAVE to ask them to change gloves, and leave the pie uncut, or cut it with a separate knife. Other than that I have had great experiences there.
While they have gluten free pizza option, they staff are not careful with cross contamination. I ordered the salad on a gluten free pizza. I’m not celiac but just have sensitivity The staff was not careful with cross contamination. They used the same gloves when they prepared the wheat pizza before me. The salad and pizza was great for GF but celiac sufferers beware because you will get glutened. They use all the same cooking utensils for the wheat and GF pizza. The same paddle to transfer it to the fire oven and remove to be be served to customers.
Don't... just don't if you have dairy or gluten sensitivities. We did and my wife had an immediate reaction. She stopped at one slice, took a Benadryl (Milk allergy as well as gluten sensitivity) and crawled into bed at 4PM.
This place is also slow. We ordered online hours ahead and still had to wait 20 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. I really wish we'd just asked for our money back.
Came by here for a state competition recently, was disappointed, wasn't really expecting Spokane to be the best for GF options anyways. Worker had to remake my pizza twice, had to watch them carefully as they made it. Felt sick afterwards, probably because there was not a GF space/oven.
