Staff was very knowledgeable. Atmosphere amazing. Gluten free pasta and many other menu items can be GF. Also delicious GF Creme brûlée. No dedicated fryer but an great meal. My daughter is very sensitive- has Celiac - and had a great meal of salad - pasta - Creme brûlée
