Review of Modern Bread and Bagel

I’m a native New Yorker who grew up eating bagels with gluten. Never had a gluten-free bagel so fantastic in my entire life. Nothing compares. Tastes like my childhood in celiac safe form. Everything is gluten-free and delicious!
