Review of Modern Bread and Bagel

They will not disclose ingredients. If you have allergies or intolerances, you tell them. I did a huge order. Bagels doughy w/sour taste, but it’s a guessing game about the ingredients. Pastries are also doughy. Breads are heavy. Everything I ate from them made me sick and not only did they not care, but chastised me for all of the time the gave me! Don’t bother!!
