I had the Blackened Chicken Mango Grain Bowl after speaking with the cashier. He walked me through their process for GF/DF food prep and assured me that they take allergies seriously. The bowl I got was honestly the best airport food I’ve ever had. They have plenty of options and I’ll be sure to eat here again the next time I’m in the Denver airport.

It is nice to find a place that serves gluten free breads and desserts in an airport. The staff was friendly, quick and knowledgeable. The food was delicious. I had the Thai salad.

My non-celiac husband enjoyed his meal here, but I ended up with water and a banana. The very nice employee at the counter explained that the small preparation space is shared, and there is a likelihood of cross-contamination. I appreciated his honesty, especially prior to boarding a cross-country plane!

Staff was friendly and relatively knowledgeable! Seemed like one of the healthiest options in the airport! The steak salad was good quality and quite a large portion too! The gluten free bread was really strange. Would recommend sticking to the regular menu items marked gluten free and avoiding the side of gluten free bread.

I es very surprised with the price, the quality and the lack of customers! Everywhere was packed except here, but it was their loss! The food was fantastic as was the price! Made an insta reel about it with my same name. Would def eat here again!

I had the SMALL chicken Cobb salad and it was enormous. Very reasonable price — $10.60. It was delicious. Highly recommend.

Good service and the manager was very helpful. Sue to cross contamination potential, I avoided the GF bread substitution and opted for a cup of fruit and the roasted breakfast potatoes, which were fantastic! Only giving them a 4 instead of a 5, because of the limited options. Otherwise, they were great!

I ordered the Sausage breakfast sandwich with gf bread. The menu says: sausage, egg, cheese and some other fixings. My sandwich came with egg and cheese - No sausage, no fixings. The line was really long and I had to get to my connection, so I did not go back to the counter. The employees were not friendly to start with so I will take this one as a loss.

Based on a recommendation below, I also tried the Thai Chicken salad. They made note of my Celiac and I felt fine the next morning. I was thrilled to find it in the C concourse right across from our gate.

Tried to order from here. When I asked if the food was safe for celiacs she said if you are sensitive don’t eat here as there is cross contamination on the grill and they don’t clean it. Was said to hear this as it has great reviews but not worth the risk for a 4 hour flight.

So wonderful to have a safe place to eat at an airport! The head chef came out and showed me the book of all dishes and ingredients and everything that’s marked gluten free. He took such extra care to everything and made my grain bowl himself. It was delicious!

I had a thai chicken salad while on a lay-over. It was tasty and healthy and caused no symptoms, so presumably safe. Also, large servings - I got the small size salad and it was plenty big for me. They have an allergy button. I didn't ask about pizzas, but given the small space, it seems unlikely they'd be celiac safe.

Read the reviews but was starving prior to a 5Am departure. Had the bacon breakfast sandwich on the GF bun.... took a few bites.. waited about 20 minutes and felt fine. Ate the rest without a problem. They did have GF items Clearly marked including steel cut oatmeal offerings that sounded good too. I would definitely feel comfortable eating here again.

I got in line and asked the cashier if they were able to accommodate gluten allergies. “We have gluten free bread.” I then asked if I got a salad if the meat would be able to be prepared on a separate part on the grill. “We have gluten free bread.” Guessing that’s a no for celiac-friendly employees and food!

I’ve had the Thai chicken salad twice and tested in my sensor. Each time the sensor shows no gluten and I felt fine. Plus it’s a really good salad.

I stopped by and asked the staff about gluten-free options. They didn’t know anything other than that they had gluten-free bread and they did tell me everything was prepared in the same location. I wouldn’t chance it.

Lots of options for GF! Ordered the BBQ chicken pizza on GF crust, they put it on aluminum to prevent cross contamination, then had their own pizza slicer to prevent issues. Great food, scarfed it down.

It is so hard to find gluten free food in an airport. The food was great and offered a variety of gluten free sandwiches and pizza!

I got the basil chicken sandwich at the Denver Airport. I had to pay extra for the gluten free bread but it tasted so good and fresh. The bread wasn’t dense and spongey like most. My husband who can eat gluten also liked my bread and he hates most gf stuff.

Delicious and lots of GF options! I got the Superfood Salad, fresh brewed iced tea and a gluten free chocolate chip cookie.
