This place is Delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Delicious. I have never been contaminated here.
Getting take out food, especially breakfast food, is hard for celiacs. This place is reliable and fast.
Menu is well labeled. The person taking my order did not indicate the pizza should have been GF. I had eaten here before and knew enough to know it looked different. When I asked, the guy said it wasn't and remade it. He let me give the non-GF pizza to my friend.
Loved this place. I let them know I have celiac. They suggested the safest options. I ate without incident and am very grateful for their help. I highly recommend to fellow celiacs.
I would give this place no stars if I could. Not celiac friendly. I even tried to ask for my money back after being sick for 4 days after eating there and was denied that. Terrible management/customer service.
Flat iron salad with no issues. I'll be back!
Great healthy GF food. Highly recommend. Busy and loud. The receipt is particularly great as it gives nutritional break down
This a great place. Most things on the menu are gluten free. The menu is clearly marked. All naturally sourced ingredients. A true gem.. I am the only one in my family who is admittedly allergic to gluten, and we all could eat here and they loved it as well. If you need a delicious gluten free meal in downtown Denver this is the place.
Menu is marked with gf designations where appropriate. I had the flank steak plate with rosemary mashed potatoes and balsamic glazed carrots. It was one of my favorite meals of this trip, reasonably priced and I had no reaction. (Celiac disease)
Our celiac son's gluten free meal tested positive for guten with our Elisa gluten test kit. The rest of our meals were very good. Manager of course refunded his meal and did feel very bad. I think too many hands moving around in kitchen area. His garlic mash potatoes had bit of my other son's sweet mash potato on the edge-obvious cross contamination. Since test takes about 10-15 minutes, celiac son unable to eat and left hungry and very sad. Learned our lesson, rest of our trip we tested his meal first before ordering any other meals.
Had a chicken sandwich on the gluten free wrap and it was delicious! Just visiting the area but would go back again for sure!
Lots of gf options. The cashier was very helpful and looked up the ingredient list for items I had questions about. I got the steak plate with mashed sweet potatoes, and the portions were huge! Definitely felt like I got my money's worth. My non-gf husband really liked his pizza too. Highly recommend as a good fast casual option.
This is seriously one of my new favorite places. The food is amazing and very filling and they have a wide selection of gluten free dishes. I am not sure if they are celiac friendly, as I only have a gluten sensitivity, but I am positive they would accommodate.
Love this place!! Great options! Pizza but no sandwiches plus salads and plates. Surprisingly good food - a lunch place with better than dinner food! Had pizza one day - very thin crisp crust and fresh flavorful toppings. Much better than the average GF pizza. Salad the other day I went and it had caramelized onions and potatoes on it! Loved it! One of the best salads I've ever had! Certainly seemed to take GF seriously. Have it marked right on the menu and put allergy on my slip! I didn't get sick either time (I'm celiac but not super sensitive). Highly recommend - definitely one of my new favorite spots!!
Yum! So many options and everything that's gluten free is clearly marked on the menu. They have gfree wraps, pizza, soups, salads and breakfast foods.
Really flavorful and delicious fast-casual food! Their focus is on fresh, unprocessed ingredients. Half portions of brick oven pizzas (gf) and salads can be ordered for individual portion. Sandwiches can be made on gluten free bread, too. Most items on the menu are gf or can be made gf. They also serve breakfast (I did not have). Nutritional details come printed on your receipt. I love this place!
My father and I (both celiac) ate lunch here after a delayed flight. They have clearly marked on their menu gluten free items, but the waitress taking orders in front told me that ‘since it was a cafe, they toast all the bread together’. They were pretty busy so I just left it go and ordered salads which she assured me could be prepared separately and safely. They didn’t give my father dressing on his and the steak salad had an extremely fatty cut of meat. The wintergreen salad was so-so. Might’ve been safe for celiacs depending on different staff but nothing special. However a good option on a nonbusy day for celiacs looking for somewhere cheaper than Elway’s to eat.
We frequent here weekly bc it’s wholesome and convenient. They FINALLY have a decent GF bread for sandwiches (their old wraps that seemed like folded over dry pizza crust are gone!) $2 house wine, Chicken Basil Sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, all the pizzas, green chile and breakfast are all our faves! Love their Boylan cane sugar sodas too. They usually have GF chocolate chip cookies too
Their bacon, egg, cheese sandwich is really good!
I have Celiac. All I had to do was tell them I have a gluten allergy. She thanked me for letting them know and noted it on the ticket. I saw them change gloves as I passed by. Had chicken, mashed sweet potatoes and fire roasted vegetables. Very delicious and I felt safe eating there. Will definitely go back!
Eaten here twice now without an obvious reaction. I'm Celiac and also allergic to dairy. Staff seem knowledgeable and helpful. Menu items are marked, but they can also do the toasted sandwiches on GF bread, protected with foil while heated.
We went to this restaurant after finding it on this APP. I would recommend this to everyone. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I spoke with the lady who took our order and she informed me that they have a separate ingredients for their gluten free items and they change gloves to prevent cross contamination. They serve Pizza, sandwiches, and breakfast items. The menu utilizes a large variety of vegetables, which might make some nervous to eat there, but everything we ordered was delicious. We were also excited to find that they had gluten free cookies available. The cookies were very soft and delicious.
I have no idea how this place got such good reviews. I'm celiac and went there with high hopes , just to find out that for them "gluten free" means they have to just exchange regular bread for the gluten free one. If it hasn't been for my gluten tester, that found lots of gluten on my marked gf food, I would have gotten really sick.
decent food, slightly overpriced. They have messed up more order several times here
Best BLT (+ avocado) I've had, and it was on gluten free bread! Located near B 38. Menu is marked for GF items
Oh.my.gracious!! So delicious!! Definitely stop in if you get the chance. The GF options were to die for!
I have Celiac's and have gotten sick twice now from cross contamination. I hoped it was a fluke because their food is so good and fresh.
Generally I skip places where you order at the counter and don't have a full-on chef but because of the positive reviews I decided to give it a try. Just to be even safer, I ordered the salad and asked how they avoid cross contamination. I felt comfortable with their answer (sorry, it had been a few days so I don't remember their exact answer) and never got sick. The food was tasty and I will return.
I've eaten here several times and never got sick (I have celiac disease and am very sensitive). The food is yummy! And there's good variety. There's several soups, sandwiches, salads, pizzas, or breakfast items you can get that are gf. It's about $11 for a lunch or dinner meal but cheaper for breakfast ($6 for breakfast sandwich). I've only been there for breakfast once and my toast for my sandwich was super burnt to the point it was inedible, but I took it to go so didn't realize this until I was gone so I couldn't ask them to remake it. Never had a problem with lunch or dinner though.
Great food options for eating healthy and gluten free
Just make sure you weigh the risk and be very clear about your needs. I've had success with the pizzas and sandwiches, but not salads. I am a Celiac with gluten induced paralysis (very sensitive). This location is always busy and the flour in the air is a contamination risk to consider. That being said, I have eaten here safely. For prospective, I cannot generally walk near the grocery bakery because I will react to the flour in the air alone. A better location is the one on Colorado Blvd, which is less busy.
I have eaten here a couple of times and I love it! Gluten free bread is amazing and they have lots of choices
On my way to Atlanta and had a two hour layover in Denver with time enough for some lunch, IF I could find anything I could trust to being GF. I read some reviews posted by others and decided to give it a try. When I realized that the guy who was taking my order had NO clue about the GF options, other than salad, I almost left. Then I noticed for both the sandwiches and pizza it mentioned GF options. Another worker came by and I asked her how safe their GF pizza was. She said they always took care of their GF customer's needs. I ordered the BBQ Chicken pizza. I watched the person who prepared the pizza, which was a large half-size thin crust, placed on foil. The only possible contamination may have come from the ladle...I didn't see if it was dedicated just for GF pizzas. I watched him take it from the oven and saw that there was a dedicated GF roll slicer. Pizza was good, thin, flavorful. The crust was chewy. I recommend this for others requiring GF food while at the Denver airport. It's on concourse C at about gate 28.
This restaurant is now in Terminal B. I had the Green Chicken Chili which was good. Even though I confirmed the dish was GF when I ordered, they snuck in a separately bagged slice of bread (which I assumed was wheat and didn't eat). Worth the train hop from Terminal C.
Lots of gluten free options. They're always able to answer my questions and food is prepared separately. I've never gotten sick here and love all the options! I didn't like the gluten free pizza crust, so I won't order that again, but did like the sandwich I had and will continue to try different foods on their menu.
Modmarket Colorado Springs was fantastic! They have gluten free salads, sandwiches and pizza that is delicious and a great value! Plus $2 glass of wine, come on this just keeps getting better! They also have kids eat free Sunday and Monday evenings so we will come back with our children (3 out of 4 of our family has celiac) for great gfree Bbq chicken pizza and prosciutto/pear/arugula pizza!!!!
this plave was awesome!!
Delicious and very fresh!
Amazing! The service was great and so was my GF sandwich (chicken basil, I think?). It's located in the C terminal gates 1-39 towards the end.
The green chicken chili was the best thing I have ever eaten in an airport ! I do love spicy things so I can't tell you how hot others may find it. I found it mild.
LOVE C Concourse and this is the reason why. So good. Thai coconut is all kinds of amazing. So many GF options. Everything is super fresh and tasty.
I got the Chicken Sandwich based on someone else's recommendation. the chicken was dry, but it was good other than that.
Just enjoyed a fantastic gf breakfast. There are signs up asking you to notify them of your allergies and they will handle your food with special care. What a welcome change of airport food.
Mod Market (now called Modern Market) is fantastic! Everything GF on the menu is market clearly and the staff is really helpful. Plus each receipt comes with a 10% off code for one week. Sometimes they have long lines but it moves fast and is definitely worth it.
I love ModMarket, until I realized I was getting cross contamination! I watched them accidentally drop bread crumbs on my gf food and had to ask them to remake it. Hopefully they can come up with some better kitchen procedures for celiac.
The food was pretty good, the potatoes were not crispy at all, but maybe that was their intent? The reason for only 3 stars is that I think a $1.75 upcharge for one small piece of GF toast is too much. I had bacon and eggs. when they open one closer I'll back, but I won't have toast.
