My favorite bbq place! So good! Lots of options for gluten free. Just make sure you ask for no corn bread because it automatically comes with every meal and they just throw it right on top.

At first I was impressed to hear they had a gluten free menu but then I saw it and I was no longer thrilled. The list basically said that all the meats were safe and listed a handful of sides that were safe. It was a little frustrating because you had to us the regular menu to navigate the gluten free menu. Out of curiosity I asked about their fried fish and chicken, (keep in mind the gf menu said all meats are safe) and when the waitress came back she said it was not safe. So I placed my order and everything was going okay when my plate came back with gluten free food with CORN BREAD ON TOP! I’m new to my allergy so I just handed my corn bread to my boyfriend and ate like nothing happened. It turns out that for me even the crumbs on my plate were enough to make me feel sick. I am very unimpressed with Moe’s barbecue for how they handled my allergy. The waitress and kitchen made no note of the allergy and contaminated my food. The lesson here for me would be that this is unacceptable, and I should have sent it back.
The food I was able to get was basically just meat and a side there were not gluten free buns or bread and they were not careful about my allergy.
Waitress and kitchen made no note of allergy and were not careful at all.

My son who has CD ate baked beans and ribs. Waiter was friendly and helpful. Our food came quick and with four kids that is always a win! Also really really good food-so yummy!
I was delighted to find this place through this app while traveling. I called ahead and spoke to the manager. He told me all their meats were gluten free and some of their sides. Upon arrival I spoke again with the one taking our order and she assured me that the smoked turkey and slaw was gluten free. They had some sides that aren’t on the menu but were specials for today, one being sweet potato casserole. I rarely can have this because people think that it needs flour in it to make it good. I was so very delighted with my meal at this local restaurant. When I’m Mobile again I will certainly eat here again.

Good bbq and celiac friendly! Highly recommend.

They have gluten free, egg free, and dairy free menus. All three menus are available online. I’m not sure about the egg free and dairy free menus, but the gluten free menu is also available in the restaurant. All meats, most sauces, slaw, baked beans, potato salad, and a list of special sides are gluten free. There are always two special sides available each day.

Ended up not eating here because according to the woman at the counter “nothing here is gluten free”.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
Decent bbq, had the pulled pork plate, serving was smaller than I would usually expect, came in a small paper bowl like fries and sides usually come in. Got potato salad and a bag of chips as sides. The potato salad was very good but again tiny portion, came in a plastic ramekin like sauces usually come in. I’d eat here again just know portions are small.
