Super great tacos. Staff is of aware. They change their gloves and prepare the food without any cross contamination. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere.

In a pinch and without other options, this is my safest bet with less exposure. They are great at changing gloves, but there are so many other opportunities for cross contamination. Even the utensils they use for rice and beans usually get swiped across the flour tortillas.

Southwest food, almost all ingredients are GF except the tortillas and cookies. Chips share a fryer with the flour salad shell & so cross contamination is a risk.

Moe’s is a good go to for a quick GF meal. I usually get a veggie bowl. Chips not GF

I have eaten here several times - it took me a couple tries to figure out what not to order, but I figured out that if I get a bowl and only the toppings where they use a utensil to scoop them, then I do not get sick! So as long as I avoid things like cheese and lettuce where the employees have to reach in with their hands, then I have been fine! They have an allergy chart and I ask the employee to change their gloves.

I’m about 90% I got glutened here. I thought I was asymptomatic but I had the same symptoms after that I had when I was diagnosed. I assumed (erroneously) it would be safe enough since the only gluten, per corporate’s allergen chart, was tortillas and chips, and ordered a salad. I was desperate, but the line did not inspire confidence. It wasn’t busy and the employee put on fresh gloves for me but didn’t take other precautions. The salad was okay, pretty large, and my daughter finished it for me because it was too big. She loved it, so there’s that.
