Not impressed. Wait staff had no clue about Gluten Free Options. However she did bring over the manager, who knew a little more. Seemed more like they were jumping on a fad than concern with providing Gluten Free options.
Ask to speak with the chef. He is very familiar with what is gluten free on the menu. You can order items from the grill such as the Vacca Frittata but not stuff that goes through the fryer, such as their awesome fried chicken chunks. 2 great gluten free appetizers are the boiled yuca or plantain chips (specify those as GF). Their cocktails are awesome. I love any of the passion fruit, pineapple, and guava varieties of the mojitos there. Great cafe con leche to finish off dinner.
