I have tried just about everything from here and have nothing but great things to say! The dough for the pizza/calzones is the best gf dough I’ve ever tried, and the desserts are delicious!

I have been eating gluten free for nearly 20 years since my celiac diagnosis, and have eaten in cities around the country. The calzones I got from Molecular were phenomenal. The crust is the very best GF crust I have ever had—the texture is amazing! And, the sauce and fillings are excellent too!!!

Everything is gluten free so no cross-contamination. We arrived later in the day so their stock was low but we got the last bourbon pecan tarts and they were unbelievably good! Highly recommend!
