I was reluctant to join coworkers at Molto Bene because there is no information to be found about how celiac safe they are. I called and inquired about this and I was assured that they can make anything on the menu gluten free. I was also told that they take cross contamination seriously. I decided to give it a try. I ordered shrimp scampi with gf pasta and I was assured that the pasta is cooked separately from the non gf pasta. Clearly this was not true. I not only found a piece of regular pasta in my dish, but I was very sick after eating. Despite the food being tasty and the staff being very friendly, Molto Bene is not celiac safe.
