Great dinner here. Our server knew a lot about GF. The host said, “I understand someone in your party has celiac,” upon checking our reservation. Food was excellent and I felt safe. Happy hour, 4-6, is key.

Too expensive for what little you get. Safe as far as gf, but taste and experience were "meh". Made a reservation, but a non-reservation walk-in couple was seated before we were. No drinks besides alcohol or water. Calamari was chewy. Halibut cheeks were delicious. Four Kings wasn't too bad but not great. Philadelphia roll was good, but it's a very basic, plain roll; it's my favorite anywhere. Waitstaff were very pleasant. Spent $100 and was hungry afterwards.

I love this sushi and their happy hour is very good! Server was very attentive regarding celiac. I felt confident eating here. I also recommend the lychee martini!

Sushi is fantastic and gf menu items are marked. Both times I’ve been, the servers have been dismissive when I mention celiac/gluten allergy though.

Great food, knowledgeable staff, and very accommodating. Clearly marked GF menu items, and they will also bring you gluten free tamari. I had the miso, black cod and the Moonraker roll - all were so delicious.
Also check out Bamboo in the U District with an almost entirely GF menu (!) and Umi Sake House downtown for lots of GF options

I’ve eaten at the Capitol Hill location twice and the SLU location once, and I got sick all three times. The sushi is SO GOOD but it’s definitely not celiac safe. Five stars for the food, 0 stars for the safety factor.

One of my favorite sushi spots in Seattle and I have never had any issues eating here.

This is my go to sushi restaurant! Make sure you tell them it’s a serious allergy (I know celiac isn’t an allergy technically but that gets you farther usually). Most of the time the servers understand celiac but if they don’t you can ask for one of the bartenders and they get it.

Incredible sushi in a beautiful, romantic atmosphere. When I told the server I was gf she immediately brought out some tamari for me. Items are marked gf on the menu (beware, they mark some fried items gf but the fryer is not dedicated and therefore not safe for celiacs. This is a pet peeve of mine…) but there were plenty of options, even minus the fryer cross contaminated offerings. We shared the halibut cheeks (pan fried), lots of sashimi, the moon raker roll, and the panda roll. All delicious!! A perfect date night spot.

Staff is knowledgeable and able to modify several of their rolls.

Thank you Momiji for adding the best GF menu I’ve ever seen. Black printed items are a no go for celiacs. Blue printed items can be modified to become gf and they clearly state how they do so. Red printed items are 100% gf as is! Plus their food is fabulous and the ambiance is spectacular. I highly recommend Momiji to anyone needing a GF menu on a special occasion!
