When stating I had celiac the staff mentioned that they take the prep and cleanliness between orders very serious. The cashier mentioned they have many celiac and gluten free customers which made it a much more comfortable experience. On top of that the food was so good! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience here! Our 2 girls could pick any of the crepes to get GF! The ladies working were very knowledgeable and one’s husband has celiacs as well. Such a cute little breakfast place and the crepes were amazing! Glad we followed others reviews and went here!

Staff was very responsive to GF needs, the cooking spaces were cleaned between orders. All crepes could be made GF. Everything our family ordered was absolutely terrific.

Loved getting to have crepes, a very unexpected treat for me and the kids while traveling. Staff was very friendly and accommodating of my extra dairy allergy on top of the celiac. Food was great! Hope to have a chance to return.

Delicious crepes! I wasn't a crepe person, but now I am! The strawberry, banana, and Nutella crepe with creme is scrumptious! Limited seating, but plenty of community seating around the area. There's gluten free crepes, but as usual with not having a dedicated whole kitchen there's chance of contamination.

I have never been able to order a GF crepe before. The staff was very knowledgeable and verified the toppings as well. The final product was amazing.

Have been here twice now and both times the crepes have been delicious! They make the gluten free crepe in a different area to ensure no cross contamination. It does take a while for the food to come out but that’s how crepes usually are!

We were in SLO on vacation and stopped at this restaurant based on all of the excellent reviews. I asked about their precautions and they clearly said that all of the crepes are made on a shared surface but that they clean the grill before making the GF crepes and they use separate utensils. The woman working behind the counter (owner maybe?) said her husband has celiac and doesn't get sick eating the crepes. We ordered three different kinds (eggs Benedict, strawberries and creme and strawberries and Nutella). They were all DELICIOUS! My husband got the regular eggs Benedict and I tasted it and feel that the GF crepe was better tasting. It has been seven hours and my daughter who is VERY sensitive to cross contamination, and who tried all three GF crepes, feels great! We will definitely be going back.next time we are in town :-)

They only have two spots to cook the crepes. To do gluten free they clean the hotplate and use different utensils. There is risk of cross contamination but I did fine eating here and it was delicious.

We went here for breakfast. They do have a CYA statement that one employee pointed out when I asked about the GF crepes they offer. I didn’t see any way to cook the crepes other than the shared cast iron griddles. They said they clean the griddle with oil for the GF crepes. One of the employee’s husband has celiac and eats there. I had a savory crepe with hollandaise and it was very good. We went based on the reviews here, but if the employee had not mentioned that her husband had celiac I’m not sure I would have felt ok about it since they use the same griddle for gluten and GF batter.

The best crepes ever!!! They make all GF food with gf only pans and utensils and in a side part of the small store. Amazing, delicious and filling food and dessert. Great service. Highly recommend!

I was a little nervous to try eating here because they use the same grill to make the gf crepes as the normal crepes. I was about to leave because I was hesitant about the safety, but the lady said that she had celiac disease as well and made sure to thoroughly clean the grill. I did not get sick, and the crepes were delicious!!! 10/10 would recommend

Some of the best savory crepes I’ve ever had, and they have sweet ones also. They have a disclaimer up about there being gluten in the facility, but that’s usually a sign they know what they’re doing, which they seemed to.

Just ate here this morning..my 4 yr old has celiac..they had all their gf utensils labeled and crepe batter labeled..however, I am wondering now if they used a clean rag to clean grill or just same one they used prior? Has anyone asked them or seen them use fresh rag to clean grill?

I love this little place...I am always so grateful to find delicious food that is gluten free, and this cafe is at the top of my list...great fun to have lunch and a walk at the ocean! My aunt and I come often...I get the pesto chicken savory crepe, and she gets the lemon cream dessert, and we share...it's plenty of food. Smiling as I write this.

My daughter whined when the family decided on crepés. She hates the buckwheat ones which is common for gf at other places. She's hard to please when it comes to gf crepes & pancakes, but she loved her crepe and almost managed to finish the whole thing! I'm always apprehensive and worried about getting cross contamination but no problems here. Great selections of both sweet & savory too!

Crepes were fantastic. Got a table right in front and watched them make the crepes. They took extra care in preparing the GF crepes with separately labeled utensils and new clean pans. They wiped the crepe iron with a new clean cloth before cooking the GF crepe. I was thrilled to be able to eat the bechamel sauce too...it was delicious! Will go back for sure when I'm in the area!!

GF Crepes taste just like regular. Fillings are great, and include eggs, meats, and a variety of fruits. Many breakfast and lunch options. Great coffees too!

Go here. Sooo good. I had the gf Ratatouille crepe - excellent. My daughter had Strawberry Romance - also perfect (not swimming in chocolate like at some places). They also had several chai tea options - when I asked them to explain the differences, they did, and then happily brewed me fresh chai tea to make my latte unsweetened (chai powder contained sugar). Great food and great service. No wait at 9:30 Monday morning - Sunday morning there was a long line.

Very yummy crepes! Great place for breakfast. We spoke to them about cross-contamination and they were very nice and accommodating. They do make all crepes on the same surfaces but they clean them between crepes and made a special effort to put some elbow grease into it for us.

Plus nice prepackaged GF cookies and brownies from a hollywood bakery.

Great crepes (savory and sweet) and friendly staff! 4 stars because they ran out of chicken so I didn't get my first choiceLet me know your availability. in crepes (chicken royale). They do have separate utensils for gluten-free crepes but use the same pan for both crepes (it is wiped down carefully between use but may not be safe for celiacs) and their smoothies can be made dairy free with almond milk instead of the yogurt.

Although we don't have celiac disease, we have bad reactions to gluten and eat GF DF. We loved the Pina colada and berry delicious smoothies!

My son has multiple food allergies and they were so accommodating of them all. Best part was everything tasted amazing. They even made him a dairy free hot chocolate. I would post the picture I took of the GF designated cooking utensils if I could. We were here 3 years ago BC (before celiac) and it was 5 stars then... The food and drinks are still amazing AND they are very Gluten-aware/friendly.
