What is up with Lettuce Entertain You restaurants? They used to be so solid but I’ve given up on Wildfire and now got sick eating here. My friend’s and my meals looked identical with no indication that mine was prepared differently and when I asked, the waiter said frites were made in dedicated fryer and our meals were the same. The GF frites used to be made separately. I was very nauseated within an hour of leaving. Feels like celiac is no longer taken seriously with all the GF lifestyle people.
Came here for an early dinner, so it wasn’t crowded. We ordered from the GF menu and the server brought out GF bread for us. The roast chicken juicy and the skin was very crispy. It came with mashed potatoes, a light gravy and a few mushrooms and onions. Very good. The filet mignon was so tender and cooked just right but had a heavy crust on it. The frites (fries) are extra crispy, almost overcooked. I loved it, my husband did not. So you might want to sub something if you don’t like crispy, which seems to be a theme. Both meals were GF and excellent. No one got sick.

Our group of 6 includes 5 that have varying degrees of gluten allergy, mild to severe. 5 of us ordered from the gf menu and specifically requested gf meals. Our server repeated the orders and confirmed five gf meals. My son, the most severe allergy, ordered French onion soup and steak. As soon as the meal was finished he was sick and continues to be sick this evening. We won’t return to this restaurant.

I have always had good luck at this location. However, I had dinner last night and wasn’t so lucky. I promptly informed the waiter that I had Celiac; he gave me a GF menu and told me he would relay my dietary restriction to the kitchen. I ordered the Steak Classique, which came topped with a garlic-butter sauce and fries.
I got about 1/2 way through the steak and fries and started to feel bloated and nauseous. It’s now been 24 hours and I’m very sick. Not sure what item(s) inadvertently contained gluten.
Waiter relayed that they have a separate prep space and dedicated fryer.
The food tasted good but certainly not worth being this ill.

Their gluten free menu had a variety of options and you could have any of the sandwiches with gluten free bread.

I had onion soup with baked cheese and GF croutons over entire bowl, GF bread with premium jams and whipped butter (a true French experience) and a Bloody Mary (ask for Tito's because it's the only GF Vodka), and a delicious olive assortment. FYI my whole meal was only $20. Damn that's awesome right?!

Very nice Gluten-Free menu includes appetizers, entrees, and desert. Gluten-Free bread, butter, and olive assortment is served complimentary. The GF onion soup baked with gruyere cheese and Gluten-Free croutons is spectacular. It is a large portion that can easily be an entire meal with the bread and olives. The steak bearnaise with pan fries is a Gluten-Free dream entree. This is a Lettuce Entertain Restaurant; they are serious about providing a safe Gluten-Free dining experience. Gluten-Free dining doesn't get any better than this.

Gluten free menu has many choices. All food prepared separately. No gluten ever goes in their fryer. Meal comes with gf bread. All safe for celiac. And the French wine is yummy!

Great with gf. The filet is awesome.

Sat in the lounge/bar and service was slow even though the bar wasn't busy. Waiter said he put in an order for "gluten bread" which clearly demonstrated his lack of knowledge. Ended up being 2 pieces of gf toast, probably Udi's. Hade the Bibb lettuce salad and gf French onion soup. Both were tasty but a bit over priced. First glass of wine was covered w something sticky so, back it went. Overall experience, not great but meal was gluten free.

We loved this place so much we went multiple times. We stay nearby when we go to Vegas now just so we can go there.

Fantastic food and very safe for gluten free. I always come here at least once whenever I’m in Vegas. Make sure to order the date-glazed bacon (if you eat meat), it’s absolutely delicious

Had the GF eggs Benedict and it was delicious! Came out with a wooden allergy stick in my food and I didn’t get sick afterwards. Might be one of the best eggs benny breakfasts I have ever had!

Delicious gluten free vegetarian eggs Benedict! So good and filling. My food came out with an allergy tag in it and I had no reaction. Highly recommend.

If you eat nowhere else, eat here for breakfast and have the Eggs Benedict. Honestly, the best I've ever had (including before I was diagnosed and could have the full fat version). Staff are so attentive, knowledgeable and friendly - they'll even advise items that the chef will make with GF that aren't listed on the menu and they all come out with allergy sticks.
