Called to make a to-go order, and the lady that answered was super rude to me about asking what is gluten free. When my mother-in-law picked up, she asked if they could check and see if the seasoning for the chicken and the salad dressing, and the lady there simply said, “no.” Unbelievable. Like, we have never had that experience somewhere before. Food wise, the risotto was good, and my family who eats gluten says their stuff was good, too. Three stars because the service was less than one star and the food was close to five stars. I’m not usually a complainer about people being awkward, but when they’re downright mean, that’s just too much. We all have to deal with the complications of looking for gluten anyway, so having people be super rude when we spent $200+ at their restaurant is just insulting.
