Mongolian BBQ & Pho

I am careful which ingredients that I put in my bowl and always use the rice noodles. After I identify my gluten allergy - they clean the cooktop and use a new paddle to cook just my food. I eat here often and have never gotten sick. I appreciate their commitment to my health. They do their best to avoid cross-contamination
