Love gluten free pizza here! I have Celiac disease and I've never been glutened here.
Good crust, great taste
Great gluten free crust
I have gotten the gluten free pizza here several times and never had a reaction. The first time I got it however, there was a ton of sauce and very little cheese. It wasn’t that great, but since then I order it with extra cheese and it’s turned out much better!
Great! Monical's has some of the best GF pizza ever. This one in particular was so good and I had no worries about cross contamination or anything. Also Monical's has GF ravioli. I didn't get it this time but I'll have to try it some time. oh..they got that good ice too.....
I think the pizza is pricey but it's good! And GF shouldn't be an excuse to serve bland food which other restaurants do. I'm a fan of their GF pizza and would choose this over the chain competitors.
Best gluten-free pizza in the area, hands down. I have told numerous people about the pizza.
The gluten free pizza was okay but only about the same as Domino's in my opinion. Our server didn't even know where to find the gluten free pizza on the menu and seemed clueless as to what gluten even is, asking me if the cheddar cheese in the salad will be okay. We had leftover $7 basic iceberg salad and I asked if I could have a little sauce cup to take some dressing with it. She said, "we can't give those away for free." Excuse me? I'm not asking for free salad dressing, I'm paying for the salad. If we ever return to Springfield we definitely won't bother with this place.
HAHA gin75 obviously owns a local pizza joint. Youre and idiot if you do not think monicals is the best around. Grow up gin75!
I have celiac and always get sick of there is cross contamination. their "gluten free" pizza tasted good, but i got extremely sick afterwards leading me to believe that there was significant cross contamination. I have eaten at other locations for this pizza chain with no problems, but I will not eat at the morton location again.
I really wanted to make this place work but it just didn't happen. Their gluten free pizza is really tasty but about 75% of the time I would eat it, I would get ill from cross contamination. I kept going with the hope they would get it together and train their employees better but no luck. I finally called it quits and gave up on it. It may work well for those who have a lighter intolerance but for someone as sensitive as I am, there's no mistaking that illness.
