Gluten free pizza is AMAZING! Best in the DFW. I’ve had it multiple times with no issues. Doesn’t taste like cardboard. They also have gluten free pasta which is equally as good!

We just moved to arlington right before the pandemic. I saw this place had amazing reviews. The gf alfredo was amazing...until about 3 hours later when i was hugging the toilet...for hours. Just be cautious. Now that people are out and about i thought i should tell my story.

Very good! So hard to find places you can trust, especially Italian, with cross contamination. Everyone I have spoken to is very educated. we had pizza there three times so far and no one has gotten sick. They keep everything separated including Sauces. They have 4 gf noodles and the Alfredo sauce is gf

Great food. Just be mindful as some staff is not as knowledgeable. However friendly and delicious!
Ate late lunch here today, had the seafood fettuccine, our waiter Sal understood my GF needs. The portion was large & had lots of seafood! It was delicious! Can't wait to go back & take more friends.

My family and I have been to Moni's many times and know many of the wait staff by name, They take GF very seriously if you emphasize it. Hope you go there, it's family owned and every thing is made with love!

Don't think they, including all staff understand that needing gluten free is a serious health issue. If you're celiac steer clear.
No
FYI: they cook their gf pizza in the same brick oven they cook all their regular pizza in. I asked if they use desperate pans, and I was told,"Well, honey...it cooks off so the wheat is gone." I had to inform her that's not exactly how it works. They have no idea about gluten.
Finally! A pizza and pasta restaurant that gets it. They take your problem as seriously as you. Family-run local and not a chain that pretends to treat you well--this family really does, they treat everyone like one of their own they won't disappoint. That said, they are in such demand for GF that on a busy Friday night they ran out of GF pasta but profusely apologized and then comped one of our meals of chicken and veggies (in place of pasta.). It's BYOB and the food is awesome! Tell them the guys from CBS Sports sent you!
