My 4 year old can’t have gluten and their fries are not gluten free so for us it’s a no go. We got him a baked potato which was okay for that night but it’s not a fun evening out for him to not fries.

Not safe. I called ahead and spoke to a manager. I was told they use flour in the kitchen to hand batter food. I was told nothing was safe due to flour in the air and over multiple surfaces in the kitchen.
Grateful for the honesty.

My server seemed a bit clueless but the gf menu was good. Wish I had looked here before turning down dessert, my waiter didn't know if it was Gluten Free.
Came here our first night in Cheyenne because it was recommended by locals. The waitress Shari was very knowledgable on gluten free options. She even got us a gluten free menu. Delicious seafood and steaks!

Excellent food and lots of it. The pork chop was huge and delicately tender. Completely safe gluten free/celiac friendly experience.
Delicious! My kids figure this must be the best restaurant in the world. The GF menu included about 4 salads, 2 fish dishes, pork chops & several steaks, baked potato & garlic mushrooms. Creme Brulee was not listed on the GF menu, but they said it was GF and I enjoyed it. We went on a Satuday evening & should have had a reservation.
Rib and Chop no longer has a gluten free menu. When asked they say they cannot say anything could not be cross contaminated. Sad because originally they had a GF menu and they even kept Redbridge Gluten free beer on hand. They dont just lose the person who is celiac but their family and friends as customers as well.

they no longer have gluten-free menus, they tell you what you can eat. ribs do not make them themselves but arrive already made so do not guarantee the mon contamination. I ate a fillet and baked potato. Was good

Not very good selection. Their chicken marinade has gluten. The Jamaican glazed salmon is NOT safe. They store their brown sugar with bread slices to keep it fresh. Their steak is does not contain gluten but no guarantee about cross contamination.

I ate here on March 6, 2024. I called a few days ahead to see if they could accommodate my gluten allergy since I didn't see any gluten free indicators on their menu. They said they could.
When I ordered, I was very clear about my allergy and the precautions that needed to be taken. I also stated that if they couldn't guarantee no cross contamination, I just needed them to tell me. Our waiter was very helpful and checked with the kitchen to make sure everything would be good for me.
I ordered a chicken salad. A short time later the kitchen manager visited our table to let me know the steps he would be taking to prepare my food! He also told me that he would personally prepare my order! The chicken salad was great and I had no gluten issues!!

Unfortunately, they no longer have dedicated separate GF menu, and can't guarantee there won't be cross contamination.
