The kitchen staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! They can make many items on their menu modified to be gluten free in the dining room. If the dish has a sauce/gravy, they will make it with cornstarch instead so you don’t have to order your proteins plain. Some of the waitresses are old school though, so just be very clear about what you need and tell them to ask the cook to make it gluten free. I cannot speak to kitchen space/contamination, but I have never gotten sick here. Plus, once you go a few times, they will remember you. If you are attending a party (either plated or buffet style), I would suggest coordinating with the individual who invited you ahead of time.
