Although I'm not "labeled" celiac I have had to use the epi pen for a simple cross contamination. I stayed a week here and all meals are provided, served buffet style. That really concerned me! I didn't get sick once all week! I just let them know about my need for a gf menu during my stay a week in advance. I could safely eat just about everything they prepared! The chef prepared special meals when there was something I couldn't eat like mac & cheese and chicken noodle soup. He'd let me know about so I could get it directly from the kitchen. He also made special gf desserts for me. It's a great vacation spot, very affordable, especially when you consider the 3 hot gf meals per day, plus snacks, and activities.
