The waiter told us what had risks of cross contamination. The kitchen was able to cook the red fish on a separate pan. Pasta had a good chew to it.

Amazing food, great atmosphere. How do they make gf pasta taste so good??? Don’t miss the pesto pasta especially. Budino dessert is gf and extraordinary. Make sure to have the talk about cross contact w your waiter - polenta cake is out due to shared fryer. Alcohol free cocktails also fabulous. Can’t wait to go back!

The staff was super helpful! They had a gluten free menu and then further marked it up for me to show what was celiac safe. Plenty of delicious options!

Spouse said it was the best GF pasta he’s ever had! My regular pasta was amazing as well. Wonderful experience!

This place is great for gluten free, but not for Celiacs. There is cross contamination with their shared fryer so it eliminates some of the gf menu items. They do have a separate gf menu. My sister (who is also celiac) and I split the burrata e ham which was interesting. The crispy polenta served with this app didn’t really have any kind of flavor to it. She got the cacio whey Pepe with gf pasta which she said tasted like an adult mac and cheese. I got the pesto pasta with gf which was good if not a little underwhelming. We also split the double dipped forgotten cookie which was gf, it tastes like a macaroon which was fine. Decent experience overall, I personally think there are better Italian restaurants that offer gf food at a better price.

our waitress was wonderful and marked up the gluten free menu to show me what was safe for celiac! i was a little disappointed to find out the grill and fryers are shared, which eliminated about half of the gluten free menu for me. the gf rigatoni noodles are some of the best i’ve ever had! the mozzarella shooter was such a fun concept and so yummy i had to get seconds! the service was incredible, i just wish i could’ve tried some of the fun appetizers.

Monteverde is beyond delicious. I was worried that I’d be disappointed in the GF pasta but the sauce and accompaniments are so good. You won’t be disappointed!

Monteverde is a wonderful upscale italian place with *THE best* sausage. Go for the sausage, and stay and try their appetizers, pastas, and desserts! My sibling and I both have Celiac and they introduced it to me recently. The staff know about gluten in each menu item, they have gluten free pasta imported from Italy, GF cookie desserts, and GF substitutes for certain appetizers. Not a single drop of cross contamination in sight, as my sibling’s Celiac is severe and one little crumb would make them sick. Super happy to review cause I will be coming back very soon. Please try the sausage :)

The pasta is great but they include items on the GF menu that are made in the shared fryer so it does eliminate several more options. It’s still very good but rather than replace with other options that work there are several menu items that are just not an option. It’s otherwise completely safe- so there’s that.

Monteverde has a gluten-free menu and everything on it is fantastic. There is only one pasta type—brown rice caponi rigatoni, which works quite well. Food and experience overall is one of my favorites for a nice date night.

This is a pretty nice spot and the staff was very attentive. There are limited dairy free options if you need that, but they will work with so and make something off the menu if they need to

GF Pasta made in house and top notch! Many gluten free options for an Italian restaurant. Wish they had more dairy free. It is small plates though, would have loved a full plate of the the pasta. Waiter asks upon seating if there are any food allergies which is a nice touch.

Full GF menu. Amazing quality pasta...had pesto GF pasta dish that was the best I’ve had in years. Butterscotch dessert was the best! No reactions...brought every dish to me and let me know it had been prepared GF. Can’t wait to go back!
